Novus

Novus is a grocery retail chain in Ukraine founded in late 2007. First stores were opened in Western Ukraine; throughout 2008, 2009 and 2010 the chain has expanded to Sevastopol (Crimea) and Kiev.

For the upcoming 2-3 years our expansion will be concentrated exclusively in Kiev.

HCM ir Stolitsa

In 2009 and 2010 BT Invest acquired stakes in two large Kiev based real estate developers; we are currently in the process of integrating the two structures to form one of the largest real estate companies in Ukraine.

The unified company is actively engaged in both real estate development and construction in Kiev and Kiev region.

Merchant Club

In 2008 BT Invest acquired a historical building in the heart of downtown Vilnius - Gedimino ave. 35; a building that had been called the Merchant Club 100  years ago. We are currently in the process of construction and refurbishment, all performed according the project of  a widely admired architect A. Trimonis. The site will serve as an exclusive business centre, reflecting both the solid business history and the modern dynamics of Vilnius.

We are planning to finish the construction works in mid 2011 and permanently move the headquarters of BT Invest to the Merchant Club.
