About us

BT INVEST – applying the know-how, gained in Lithuania in Ukraine:

  • construction and management of the PORT MARITIME CARGO HANDLING COMPLEX AND GRAIN LOADING TERMINAL in Mykolaiv (UAB BT INVEST and partners),
  • development and management of NOVUS retail network in Kyiv and Kyiv region,
  • construction and management of RETROVILLE shopping centre in Kyiv (with partners),
  • development of real estate in Ukraine (with partners).

BT INVEST is a result of the history, experience and work of two families.

In Lithuania, we are known for Merchants’ Club business centre and Gedimino 37 apartment renovation and construction projects (UAB Pirklių Klubas).

Food for Ukraine

Food for Ukraine charity and support fund, established on the first days of the war in Ukraine in 2022.
The fund, in cooperation with Novus and Red Cross of Ukraine, supported by thousands of businesses and individuals, distributed hundreds of thousands food kits to internally displaced, disadvantaged people in need of social care, and especially children in Ukraine.

UAB BT INVEST has been established in 2007 by Igor Bezzub and Raimondas Tumėnas after PepsiCo company acquired Sandora, one of the largest juice producers in Ukraine.

UAB BT INVEST and partners jointly developed and manage a new infrastructural project - PORT MARITIME CARGO HANDLING COMPLEX AND GRAIN LOADING TERMINAL in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.
There are two loading docks and the annual handling capacity is 5 million tonnes. The grain storage is 370 thousand tonnes and additional capacity of 170 thousand tonnes is planned in 2023. Drying capacity of 100 tonnes per hour is available.

120,334 sq. m shopping and entertainment centre in Kyiv. Received funding from the Polish State Bank GOSPODARSTWA KRAJOWEGO – a total of 41 million EUR with export funding insurance, provided by KUKE Polish state insurance company with the guarantee from the Polish state treasury.

Retail network in Ukraine, Kyiv and Kyiv region, launched in 2009.
Received funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, totalling in 100 million USD. The network had 8,200 employees and an annual turnover of approx. 600 million EUR until 2022.
2021-2023 – construction of a logistics and goods distribution warehouse.

The building, situated at Gedimino avenue 35, in the heart of Vilnius, referred to as the Merchants’ Club already 100 years ago, is a reconstructed and modernised business centre. The authentic and modern 300 m2 Mercury Hall, located in the old part of the building, hosts highest-level events and guests.
