About us
BT INVEST – applying the know-how and experience gained in Lithuania to the Ukrainian market. We are the result of a long-standing history of two families, close collaboration, and consistent dedication. Our success is proven by:

Corporate Social Responsibility
Food for Ukraine
Established during the first days of the war in 2022, "Food for Ukraine" is a charity and support fund.
Working in close cooperation with the NOVUS retail network and the Red Cross of Ukraine, and backed by thousands of businesses and individuals, the fund has distributed over half a million food kits. This vital assistance has reached internally displaced and vulnerable people in urgent need of social care, especially children.
Bucha School
By combining the vast experience of BT INVEST and 2L Architects and bringing together top-tier Lithuanian and Ukrainian specialists, we have fully designed a new, ultra-modern school in Bucha, Ukraine, and have already secured its official building permit.
To bring this project to life, we warmly invite international investors, philanthropists, and purpose-driven individuals to join us.
In alignment with the European Commission's "New European Bauhaus" initiative, the fund successfully completed a pilot project in Bucha in 2025 – the "Bucha Forest Classroom".
Big Little Heart
An ongoing social initiative implemented by the NOVUS retail network in partnership with the "Tvoya Opora" (ukr. Твоя опора) charity fund. For several years, "Big Little Heart" (ukr. Велике маленьке серце) has united shoppers around a single life-saving mission: providing aid to children born with congenital heart defects. Through the sale of special heart stickers and magnets at checkout counters, more than 18 million UAH has been raised. These funds are directly allocated to purchase critical, high-cost medications, surgical materials, and advanced medical equipment for the N. Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery in Kyiv.

UAB BT INVEST was established in 2007 by Igor Bezzub and Raimondas Tumėnas following the sale of Sandora, one of the largest juice producers in Ukraine, to PepsiCo.
UAB BT INVEST and partners jointly developed and manage a new infrastructural project – the Grain transhipment terminal in seaport Olvia, Mykolayiv, Ukraine.
As of the end of 2021, two loading berths were fully operational, with an annual capacity of 5 million tonnes. The grain storage and drying facilities hold 370 thousand tonnes (100 t/h), with planned expansion for an additional 170 thousand tonnes of storage capacity.

Over more than 23 years in the Ukrainian market, the company and its partners have successfully constructed more than 1,500,000 m² of residential space, the Retroville shopping centre, and various other commercial projects.

A 120,334 sq. m shopping and entertainment centre in Kyiv.
Received funding from the Polish State Bank GOSPODARSTWA KRAJOWEGO – a total of 41 million EUR with export funding insurance, provided by KUKE Polish state insurance company with the guarantee from the Polish State Treasury.
Retail network in Ukraine, Kyiv, the Kyiv region and Western Ukraine, launched in 2009. Received funding from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, totalling in 100 million USD.
Until 2022, the network employed 8,200 people with an annual turnover of approximately 600 million EUR. In 2023, a state-of-the-art logistics and goods distribution warehouse was opened.
Situated at Gedimino Avenue 35, in the heart of Vilnius, this historic building—known as the Merchants’ Club over a century ago—has been meticulously reconstructed and modernized into a premier business centre.
The authentic yet modern 300 m² Mercury Hall in the historic wing regularly hosts high-level international events and distinguished guests.
Gedimino 37 is a reconstructed and modernised residential and commercial historic buildings in central Vilnius, featuring a private inner courtyard.
